MCL
The MCL algorithm is short for the Markov Cluster Algorithm, a fastand scalable unsupervised cluster algorithm for graphs (also known as networks) basedon simulation of (stochastic) flow in graphs.
Available modules
The overview below shows which MCL installations are available per target architecture in the HPCC module system, ordered based on software version (new to old).
To start using MCL, load one of these modules using a module load command like:
module load MCL/22.282-GCCcore-12.3.0
