METIS
METIS is a set of serial programs for partitioning graphs, partitioning finite element meshes, and producing fill reducing orderings for sparse matrices. The algorithms implemented in METIS are based on the multilevel recursive-bisection, multilevel k-way, and multi-constraint partitioning schemes.

Available modules
The overview below shows which METIS installations are available per target architecture in the HPCC module system, ordered based on software version (new to old).
To start using METIS, load one of these modules using a module load command like:
module load METIS/5.1.0-GCCcore-12.3.0
