SpaceRanger
Space Ranger is a set of analysis pipelines that process Visium spatial RNA-seq outputand brightfield microscope images in order to detect tissue, align reads, generate feature-spot matrices,perform clustering and gene expression analysis, and place spots in spatial context on the slide image.
Available modules
The overview below shows which SpaceRanger installations are available per target architecture in the HPCC module system, ordered based on software version (new to old).
To start using SpaceRanger, load one of these modules using a module load command like:
