magma
The MAGMA project aims to develop a dense linear algebra library similar to LAPACK but for heterogeneous/hybrid architectures, starting with current Multicore+GPU systems.
Available modules
The overview below shows which magma installations are available per target architecture in the HPCC module system, ordered based on software version (new to old).
To start using magma, load one of these modules using a module load command like:
