seqtk
Seqtk is a fast and lightweight tool for processing sequences in the FASTA or FASTQ format. It seamlessly parses both FASTA and FASTQ files which can also be optionally compressed by gzip.
Available modules
The overview below shows which seqtk installations are available per target architecture in the HPCC module system, ordered based on software version (new to old).
To start using seqtk, load one of these modules using a module load command like:
